- How to View the Form Dashboard?
Go to Home , on the Form list panel, just click the View Dashboard Button, the first button on the left below the Form Card.
- How to Edit a form?
Go to Home, on the Form list panel, just select Edit of the form you want to customize.
Alternatively, you could go to the Form Dashboard then select Edit.
- How to Delete a Form?
Go to Home , on the Form list panel, just select Delete of the form you want to delete, then Yes.
- How to Generate Shareable Link?
Go to Home , on the Form list panel, just click the Copy Links Button, the second button on the left below the Form Card. A dropdown will show containing either URL or Embed options. Select URL and it will automatically copy the link.
- How to Generate QR Code?
Go to Home , on the Form list panel, just click the Generate QR Code Button, the third button on the left below the Form Card. A pop up will show containing the QR Code. You could take a picture or download it as an image.
- How to Generate Embed Code?
Go to Home , on the Form list panel, just click the Copy Links Button, the second button on the left below the Form Card. A dropdown will show containing either URL or Embed options. Select Embed and it will automatically copy the code.

- How to Cancel a subscription?
You could cancel your subscription by going to the Subscription Page , on the subscription table, just click the Cancel button on the last column of the row of subscription you want to cancel then Confirm.
