How to Create a new Form?

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. If you don’t have an existing form, just click on “CLICK HERE TO CREATE A NEW FORM” Button on the center of the Forms List, or if you already have one, just click on the “+” Button on the Upper Right Corner of the Form List.
  3. After clicking the buttons, you’ll be redirected to the Form Builder.
